Add the connector
In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Paste:For an assistant that can only read, use

Sign in to CaptureFlow
Claude opens CaptureFlow’s sign-in. Choose the workspace and what Claude may do, then approve. CaptureFlow shows Claude as a verified app.

Use it
Ask Claude, for example: “What ideas do I have about pricing?”, “Draft a LinkedIn post from my latest input”, or “Propose this post for Tuesday 9:00 on my LinkedIn”. Proposals wait for you in CaptureFlow.
File uploads need an assistant that can send a file over HTTP, which Claude in the browser can’t: the upload tools are hidden there. Upload files in CaptureFlow, or use Claude Code.
