# Claude

> Connect CaptureFlow to Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and mobile).

**1. Add the connector**

In Claude, open **Settings > Connectors** and choose **Add custom connector**. Paste:

https://mcp.captureflow.ai/mcp
```

For an assistant that can only read, use `https://mcp.captureflow.ai/mcp/readonly` instead.

**2. Sign in to CaptureFlow**

Claude opens CaptureFlow's sign-in. Choose the workspace and what Claude may do, then approve. CaptureFlow shows Claude as a verified app.

**3. Use it**

Ask Claude, for example: *"What ideas do I have about pricing?"*, *"Draft a LinkedIn post from my latest input"*, or *"Propose this post for Tuesday 9:00 on my LinkedIn"*. Proposals wait for you in CaptureFlow.

> File uploads need an assistant that can send a file over HTTP, which Claude in the browser can't: the upload tools are hidden there. Upload files in CaptureFlow, or use [Claude Code](https://docs.captureflow.ai/mcp/claude-code.md).

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to allow custom connectors first.
